01. What's your refund policy?
Once deposit is sent all deposits are non refundable you can only reschedule the date of your requested charter
02. What is not allowed on my charter?
Weapons, drugs, fireworks & any illegal items are prohibited on any charter.
03. Do you have any yachts that fit my budget?
At Super Yacht Bros, we make sure to find a yacht that fits any budget, as long as you communicate with us.
04. What happens if there is bad weather the day of my charter?
If there is bad weather the day of your charter, we will gladly move your charter to another date free of charge.
05. How many people are allowed on a charter?
13 guests is the max on all charters but we do have a some vessels that allow over 13 guests for an additional cost.
07. How many hours can I charter?
Our minimum charter length is 2 hours, but you are welcome to charter up to 8 hours (price will be adjusted per hour).
